All body jewelry and organics comes with a seal on the bag. Once that seal has been broken you cannot return your jewelry. Understand, this is for safety issues related to certain hazards involved the nature of worn jewelry.
Please inspect your jewelry before unsealing the package to make sure the contents are exactly what you ordered. If you are unsatisfied with your order, the order is incorrect, or there is a defect of some sort please do not break the seal. Contact us for an RMA. Many items we carry have many customizable attributes like style, gem type/color, size, and anodization. If we do not currently have your particular piece in stock, we may be able to special order it for you. Special orders require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the purchase price. Be aware that some companies may take months to fill certain orders. By making your deposit you agree to our special-order terms and conditions. See special order terms and conditions.

Notes or special requests for orders
Some jewelry asks for requests such as nostril screws which can be bent for either the left or right nostril. Please make sure you add your notes or requests during the order. If we are unsure of how to handle a piece of jewelry, this may delay shipping if we need to contact you for further information.
